An 18th century Louis XV sloping desk, crafted in walnut and cherry wood during the second half of the century. The front flap is composed of geometric cherry wood elements, opening to reveal an interior with four curved drawers and a central sliding top concealing a secret locker, topped with a small shelf.

The two side drawers under the flap can be secured by bolts hidden within the secret compartment. The scalloped apron flows into four gracefully curved legs, and the desk is elegantly curved at the sides. The top offers additional surface area for writing or display.

This desk has undergone careful restorations, particularly to the legs, and remains in good condition, showcasing the craftsmanship and elegance of Louis XV furniture.
