Early 19th Century Ironstone Tureen

A good early 19th century Ironstone tureen dating to circa 1820.

The tureen painted, gilded and decorated with colours including cobalt blue in the Chinoiserie style with flowers, birds and other foliate designs. The finial of decorative scrolling form, sitting atop the cover.

In very nice overall condition with no chips cracks or restoration, just minor wear commensurate with age and use.
